**1.  Stamp Duty Concession Top-Up 1.1 Developer’s Commitment: Lendlease Development Pty Ltd commits to paying the stamp duty payable on available properties in Collins Wharf in line with the Duties Amendment (More Homes) Bill 2024 once the contract becomes unconditional. 1.2 Rebate at Settlement: The Developer will provide a rebate to the Purchaser at Settlement equal to the amount of the Stamp Duty payable calculated in accordance with Clause 1.1. 1.3 Special Condition: This Stamp Duty Concession Top-Up will be acknowledged as a special condition within the Contract of Sale. 1.4 Variation to Contract: The Developer reserves the right to vary the terms of this Clause 1 should there be any changes to the Duties Amendment (More Homes) Bill 2024 .
